If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been made.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible pin codes and order values.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

- unavailable recipient,

the package may be returned to us by the courier partner.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
9. Damaged or Missing Orders

Customers must provide:

- photos of the package/product,
- and a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel.
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

- natural disasters,
- government restrictions,
- strikes,
- or other circumstances beyond our control.

PeakPleasure is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
