Refund policy
1. Returns Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once:
- the package has been opened,
- the seal has been broken,
- or the product has been used.
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Missing items in the order
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery,
- the product must remain unused,
- and original packaging must be retained.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claim related to:
- damaged items,
- missing products,
- wrong products,
- or defective deliveries,
customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the package.
The video must:
- clearly show the sealed package before opening,
- show the shipping label,
- and capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
This policy helps us protect customers against shipping and fulfillment issues while preventing fraudulent claims.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- and packaging images.
Once verified, we will provide:
- a replacement,
- store credit,
- or a refund depending on the situation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened intimate products
- Used products
- Lubricants or consumables
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final-sale items
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:
- 5–7 business days for prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Discreet Packaging & Privacy
All PeakPleasure orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
No product details or brand references appear on the outer packaging.
